After required details are confirmed, DMtoLead can create a standard event in the connected calendar.
Use the meeting action when the confirmed appointment needs a generated Google Meet link.
In Training → Knowledge, add Google Calendar and complete Google OAuth for the account that owns the booking calendar.
Check which calendar is connected and make the business time zone explicit in your assistant instructions, especially if customers book across regions.
Enable the source only for assistants that should schedule. Add the required booking fields and escalation rules.
Ask for a slot that overlaps an existing event, then request a valid slot. Verify the event details before confirming creation.
The assistant should clarify missing data, reject a busy slot and create only after the customer confirms the final details.
