Sheets is an output source today

This connection writes DMtoLead activity to a spreadsheet. It is not the arbitrary-sheet knowledge reader described in older docs. For catalog imports, use Knowledge files or the built-in Product Catalog.

What Sheets writes

Conversation rows

Sync timestamp, platform, customer, contact, message preview, AI response, status and lead score into the Conversations tab.

Order rows

Write Shopify or Ikas order events with order ID, customer, total, currency, status, payment method, item count and notes.

Per-stream controls

Enable the master sync, then independently toggle conversations, Shopify orders and Ikas orders.

Connect Google Sheets
Add Google Sheets from Training → Knowledge and approve the requested Google account access.

Open source settings
DMtoLead creates a spreadsheet with Conversations and Orders tabs. Use Open in Google Sheets to confirm the destination account and file.

Choose what to write
Turn on the master sync, then enable conversations, Shopify orders and/or Ikas orders. Save the settings.

Generate a real event
Send a test conversation or process a test order, then verify the new row and timestamp in the correct tab.

A practical reporting flow

Use the sheet as a lightweight operations feed, reporting input or handoff into a process your team already runs in Google Workspace.

Enable conversation and Ikas order sync, then verify each event lands in its own tab.

Know the boundary

Turning off the master switch stops all writes without deleting historical rows.
The Google account owner controls spreadsheet sharing and retention.
Use outbound webhooks when a downstream system needs richer real-time payloads than a sheet row.
