Connect the store

  1. 1

    Open Training → Knowledge

    Choose Add source, then Ikas. Enter the store identity requested by the connection flow.

  2. 2

    Authorize Ikas

    Complete the Ikas OAuth flow for the correct merchant account. DMtoLead stores the resulting connection against your workspace.

  3. 3

    Wait for the first catalog sync

    Confirm that products appear and the source reports a healthy sync. Large catalogs may take longer than the authorization step.

  4. 4

    Attach it to an assistant

    Open the relevant AI Assistant and select this Ikas source in its Knowledge step. Test with a product name that has variants or limited stock.

Test the catalog

Use a product whose stock or price recently changed so you can verify the answer comes from the synchronized store.

Keep it reliable

  • Reconnect if the merchant authorization is revoked.
  • Use manual sync after large catalog changes when you need immediate verification.
  • Avoid publishing unsupported promises about shipping or returns unless those rules exist in Training.
