Use Restaurant Booking, Appointment Scheduler or Service Booking with operating hours, capacity, duration and cancellation actions.
Use Event Ticketing for capacity and reservations, or Reward Codes for controlled single-use incentives and gated delivery.
Open Training → Knowledge → Add source and select the source type that matches the real constraint: stock, seats, time slots, services, tickets or codes.
Set hours, durations, capacity, currency, code rules or other source-specific fields. These fields become the boundaries for AI actions.
Create records manually or use the supported import path for larger product catalogs. Review required fields before attaching the source.
Enable the source on the relevant assistant. Test lookup plus a write action, then monitor records and source health during rollout.
Create a Service Booking source with services, working hours, duration and price. The assistant can list services and book, update or cancel supported appointments.
