These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DmtoLead ("we", "us", or "our") websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including (without limitation) attempting to access data without authorization, interfering with Service operation, or violating third‑party terms (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe). You must comply with applicable laws.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Fees, billing cycles, and refunds (if any) are described at checkout or in your plan details. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with notice for subsequent terms.

4. Third‑Party Integrations

You may connect third‑party services (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Google). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies. We store only the data necessary to provide the integration you authorize.

Google integrations: When you connect your Google account, you grant DmtoLead permission to access Google Calendar data within the scope you approve (currently, the calendar.events scope). We use this access only to create and edit events you request and to derive availability from your calendar events in the ranges you specify. We do not use Google data for advertising or sell it, and we do not transfer Google data to third parties except as necessary to provide the functionality you request.

DmtoLead's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time from within the app or via your Google Account permissions atmyaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Privacy

Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services. You retain rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the Services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms are effective when posted. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
