How DMtoLead works in one paragraph
A customer sends a DM on Instagram (or a WhatsApp message, or a comment under your Reel). The platform's webhook hits DMtoLead, we drop it in a unified inbox, and your automation — an AI assistant with a personality, knowledge base and linked data sources — reads the message, looks up whatever it needs (your live Shopify catalog, your Google Calendar, your knowledge base), and writes a reply. Same logic on every channel; one configuration, one AI brain.

- Channel — Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger or Telegram connection.
- Credit — one automated reply sent on your behalf (see pricing & credits).
- RAG source — a live data source (Shopify, Google Sheets, etc.) your AI can pull from while replying.
